典型病例例1:李×,男,22岁,瓦窑工人,住院号85388。因面部及四肢暴露部位皮肤持续性灼痛5小时于1985年5月12日入院。患者与例2、例3于5月11日下午共同炒食鲜木耳约500克。其本人食入约250克。入院当天早上着背心长裤出工。中午11时许感双眼畏光流泪,颜面部、双上肢及足部等暴露部位皮肤发痒,随后出现皮肤灼痛及色泽发红。灼痛逐渐加剧而于下午5时入院。起病后无恶心,心悸等表现。既往一向健康,从未食过
