乡土情怀指的是对家乡或故土的热爱之情,是扎根乡土、赴农就业的意愿和动力之源。时下,农科研究生普遍缺乏乡土情怀。培育良好舆论氛围,改造社会行业认知;完善就业体制机制,强化政府扶持力度;增加农村就业岗位,改善单位用人机制;调整学科和专业设置,推进教学和课程改革;完善导师负责制,发挥导师示范效应;强化就业教育,形成正确观念是培育农科研究生乡土情怀的主要路径。
