随着教育教学的改革,对学生的评语也在改变。过去那种笼统抽象、套话大话的评语,学生不感兴趣,也不会去理解。现在学生感兴趣的是:老师是否在关注他,是否把他看成为朋友。多年来,我在教学中,对评语进行了尝试和探索,使用具有很强的鼓动性、溢美性和激发性的语言,进行激励性评价。不管是操行评语,还是平时活动的评语,都有班主任、任课老师、同学的参与,用亲切的语言,发展的眼光、实事求是地做出公正的评价,收到了良好的效果。
With the reform of education and teaching, reviews of students are also changing. In the past that general abstract, clichés comments, students are not interested, it will not understand. Now students are interested in: whether the teacher is concerned about him, whether he regarded him as a friend. Over the years, I have tried and explored the reviews in my teaching, and used the motivational comments in highly motivational, overflowing and inspiring languages.
