人类社会自有分工协作以来,就有经营管理活动,而且各个社会的经营管理之间都有内在的、必然的联系。在人类历史上,资本主义制度被社会主义制度所代替,是历史的必然。在社会主义制度代替资本主义制度以后,如何正确地对待两种不同社会制度的经营管理之间的联系,是摆在人们面前的重大理论和实践问题。回顾我们所走过的路程,过去没有很好地解决这个问题。近几年来,随着对经济建设中“左”的思想的清理,实际经济生活促使人们对这些问题进行重新研究和探讨。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们已经在实际工作中借鉴着资本主义经营管理的某些合理因素。但是,还没有在理论上完全弄清经营管理继承性的问题。因此,有必要作一些历史的和逻辑的考察。
Since the division of labor among human societies, there have been operations and management activities, and there is an inherent and necessary link between the management of all societies. In human history, the capitalist system replaced by the socialist system is a historical necessity. After the socialist system has replaced the capitalist system, how to correctly deal with the connection between the operation and management of the two different social systems is a major theoretical and practical issue before the people. Looking back at the journey we have taken, the problem has not been solved well in the past. In recent years, with the clean-up of the “leftist” thinking in economic construction, the actual economic life has prompted people to re-examine these issues. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, we have drawn lessons from some reasonable elements of capitalist management in our practical work. However, the problem of succession of management has not been completely clarified in theory. Therefore, it is necessary to make some historical and logical investigations.
