六十年代后,我国进口了一批德国VEB台尔曼仪器公司GBM-200型接点式加速度计,用于振动和冲击测量。后来有的单位仿制并改制了这种加速度计,作为一般振动冲击测量和专配凸轮式冲击台的冲击加速度测量。由于振动冲击的迅速发展,该加速度计在使用上比较混乱,有的单位把它淘汰,有的单位继续广泛使用,有的竟用做冲击标准,有的持怀疑态度。为此本文以德国GBM-200型加速度计为例,对接点式加速度计使用范围的问题作以分析和探讨,与有关兄弟单位商榷。一、接点式加速度计工作原理 GBM-200型接点式加速度计工作原理如图一所示。它由传感器和指示器两部分组成。而传感器主要由可旋刻度盘、外壳和惯性敏感元件组成;指示器主要由整流器、自感变压器和氖气指示灯组成;整套接点式加速度计是采用惯性原理测量待测对象的加速度最大值。首先,将传感器
After the 1960s, China imported a batch of GBM-200 contact type accelerometers from Germany VEB Teleman Instruments for vibration and shock measurement. Later, some units imitation and restructuring of this accelerometer, as a general vibration impact measurement and special impact with impact cam impact test. Due to the rapid development of vibration and shock, the accelerometer is quite confused in use. Some units eliminate it. Some units continue to be used extensively. Some are actually used as impact standards and some are skeptical. In this paper, the German GBM-200 accelerometer as an example, the use of contact-type accelerometer for analysis and discussion of the scope of the problem, and the relevant units to discuss.
