目的测定F型百杀净雾化剂的消毒、杀虫、灭鼠效果。方法以白色葡萄球菌为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机对F型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场空气消毒效果研究;以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和小白鼠为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机对F型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场和现场药效研究。结果模拟现场空气消毒效果研究结果表明:F型百杀净雾化剂对空气中白色葡萄球菌具有较好的杀菌作用,在密闭15min内对空气中人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100%,此时对照组白色葡萄球菌的自然衰亡率为52.67%。模拟现场和集装箱的现场药效研究结果表明:F型百杀净雾化剂对试虫(淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊)和试鼠(小白鼠)均有良好的杀灭作用,在密闭150 min内击倒率达100%,24 h死亡率均达到100%,无复苏现象。结论 F型百杀净雾化剂对空气具有较好的消毒效果;对鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂具有较好的击倒和杀灭作用,同时具有高效快速的特点。
Objective To determine the disinfection, insecticidal and deratomicidal effects of F-type nebula nebulizer. Methods Staphylococcus aureus, housefly, German cockroach, American cockroach and mouse were used to simulate the air disinfection effect of F-type nebulizer with ultrafine particle nebulizer. As the test object, the use of ultrafine particle nebulizer on F-type net kill nebulizer to simulate field and field efficacy studies. Results The simulation results of field air disinfection showed that F-type nebula nebulizer had a good bactericidal activity against airborne Staphylococcus aureus, and the killing rate of artificial staphylococcus aureus in air was 100%. At this point, the natural decay rate of Staphylococcus aureus in control group was 52.67%. The simulation results of on-site efficacy of the field and container showed that the F-type nebula nebulizer had good effects on the test insects (Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica, American cockroach) and test mice Killing effect, within 150 min of confinement, the knockdown rate reached 100%, the mortality rate reached 100% at 24 h, with no resuscitation. Conclusion F-type nebula nebulizer has good disinfection effect on air, and has good knock-down and kill effects on mice, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and quickness.
