目的了解西安市中、小学校医配置情况。方法依据市卫生局、教育局要求设计调查表,每区、县推荐中、小学各1所,采用现场调查方式进行,并进行数据处理和评价。结果西安市校医配置缺编明显,达标和基本达标仅占15.4%,校医专业学历、城乡专业学历构成经χ2检验没有统计学意义。结论目前校医配置问题急待依规范解决。
Objective To understand the distribution of primary and middle school medical schools in Xi’an. Methods According to the requirements of the Municipal Health Bureau and Education Bureau, a questionnaire was designed, one for each of primary and secondary schools was recommended in each district and county, and the methods of on-the-spot investigation were used to carry out data processing and evaluation. Results The allocation of school physicians in Xi’an was significantly deficient, with only 15.4% reaching the basic standards and achieving the academic qualifications of school doctors and the professional qualifications of urban and rural areas by χ2 test. There was no statistical significance. Conclusion At present, the allocation of medical schools urgently need to be solved according to the rules.
