Lavodune水力分級机是由法国Sogreah公司制造的一种特殊結构的水力分級机。它的主要結构是一个有上升液流的傾斜管,被处理的物料在水力分級机长度的中点給入。上升水流恰好能把細顆粒带到管的頂端,并在頂端排出。粗粒物料和浓密物料下沉至底部,并在底部形成乱流“堆砂”作用,以排除混入的一些細粒物料。最近Sogreah公司介紹了一种改进后的紧凑装置——圆錐Lavodune。在垂直部分下部还設有傾斜部分,并在这两部分通过上升水流。
Lavodune hydraulic classifier is a special structure made by Sogreah, France hydraulic classifier. Its main structure is a beveled tube with ascending liquid flow, the material being processed being fed at the midpoint of the hydraulic classifier length. The rising water flow just takes the fine particles to the top of the tube and exits at the top. The coarse material and the thick material sink to the bottom and form a turbulent “heap” at the bottom to eliminate some of the fine material mixed in. Recently Sogreah introduced an improved compact unit - the cone Lavodune. The lower part of the vertical part is also provided with a sloping part, and in these two parts, the water flows upward.
