钢包吹氩新技术已在上海各钢厂逐步推广,对于均匀钢液成份和温度,提高铸锭浇成率和良锭率取得显着效果,也有利于降低钢中气体和非金属夹杂。上钢五厂二电炉车间全部采用钢包吹氩,使滑动水口浇钢的浇成率稳定在100%。上钢三厂电炉生产不锈钢和上钢二厂电炉生产滚珠钢和炭工钢也全部在钢包中吹氩。对于连续铸锭,钢包吹氩已成为稳定操作,保证正常生产的重要手段。上钢一厂三转炉车间和三厂转炉车间的连铸钢水全部吹氩处理。1980年上海冶金局所属各钢厂吹氩处理钢水共约150万吨。
The new technology of ladle argon blowing has been gradually popularized in various steel mills in Shanghai. The invention achieves remarkable effect on uniform steel liquid composition and temperature, improvement of ingot casting rate and good ingot rate, and also helps to reduce gas and non-metal inclusions in steel. On the steel plant two electric furnace shop all use ladle argon, so sliding gate pouring steel pouring rate stabilized at 100%. Steel plant on the third production of stainless steel and steel plant on the second production of electric steel ball and carbon steel also ladle argon blowing. For continuous ingot, ladle argon blowing has become a stable operation, an important means to ensure normal production. On the steel plant three converter workshop and three converter plant continuous casting molten steel argon treatment. In 1980, the metallurgical plants owned by Shanghai Metallurgical Bureau handled about 1.5 million tons of argon to treat molten steel.
