探讨nm23基因产物/NDPK表达与胃癌、大肠癌细胞核DNA含量的关系。方法:nm23基因产物/NDPK表达阴性、弱阳性及强阳性的胃癌、大肠癌共57例(胃癌各11例、大肠癌各8例),使用DNA图像分析技术检测癌细胞核DNA含量。结果:nm23/NDPK表达阴性的胃癌或大肠癌细胞核DNA含量显著高于nm23/NDPK阳性表达者(分别为P<005,P<0001);在DNA倍体分布形式上,nm23/NDPK阴性的胃癌和大肠癌中二倍体细胞的检出率较低(分别为P<005、P<0001);而非整倍体细胞检出率则显著高于nm23/NDPK阳性表达者(分别为P<005、P<0001);结论:nm23基因产物/NDPK失表达与胃癌、大肠癌非整倍体细胞形成有关。
To explore the relationship between nm23 gene product/NDPK expression and nuclear DNA content in gastric cancer and colorectal cancer. METHODS: A total of 57 cases of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer with negative expression of nm23 gene product/NDPK expression, weak positive, and strong positive were included (11 cases of gastric cancer and 8 cases of colorectal cancer). The DNA content was detected by DNA image analysis. RESULTS: The nuclear DNA content of gastric cancer or colorectal cancer with negative expression of nm23/NDPK was significantly higher than that of nm23/NDPK positive expression (P<005, P<0001, respectively); in the form of DNA ploidy distribution, nm23/ The detection rate of diploid cells in NDPK-negative gastric cancer and colorectal cancer was low (P<005, P<0001, respectively); the detection rate of non-euploid cells was significantly higher than that of nm23/NDPK. Positive expression (P<005, P<0001, respectively); Conclusion: The loss of expression of the nm23 gene product/NDPK is associated with the formation of aneuploid cells in gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.
