1989~1993年我院共收治附睾肿块31例,年龄27~68岁,平均43岁。左侧15例,右侧14例,双侧2例。肿块最大3.0cm×2.5cm,最小1.0cm×1.0cm。症状以酸胀最为普遍,共26例,占84%,疼痛5例。本组全部行附睾切除术。病理检查:单纯性囊肿2例,纤维血管瘤1例,平滑肌瘤2例,结核2例,炎性肉芽肿15例,精予肉芽肿3例。随访3个月,无不适。讨论附睾肿块以炎性病变占首位。本组共占
From 1989 to 1993, 31 cases of epididymal masses were treated in our hospital, ranging in age from 27 to 68 years with an average of 43 years.
