目的探讨木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将82例气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。对照组给予西药甲钴胺和α-硫辛酸治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上联合中药木丹颗粒口服,疗程均为4周。比较2组临床效果、神经传导速度差异及药物不良反应。结果治疗组四肢灼热、麻木、疼痛等症状改善优于对照组。治疗组总有效率90%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组用药后神经传导速度快于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生药物不良反应。结论在西药基础上联合使用木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可显著改善患者的临床症状,促进神经传导功能改善,临床效果良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of “Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin and α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis”. Methods 82 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with deficiency of qi and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 40). The control group was treated with mecobalamin and α-lipoic acid. The treatment group was treated with Mudan granules orally on the basis of western medicine, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical effects, differences in nerve conduction velocity and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, the symptoms of limbs such as burning, numbness and pain were better than those in the control group. The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). The nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group (P <0.05). No adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions The combination of Mudan granules on the basis of western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of nerve conduction function with good clinical effect.
