基于电流生热理论,使用ABAQUS软件对TC4钛合金线性摩擦焊接头的直接通电热处理过程进行了模拟,得出了不同电流下温度场的分布云图以及特征点的温度变化曲线。为验证模拟的准确性,在电阻点焊机电源下对线性摩擦焊接头进行了通电热处理,并运用红外设备对热处理过程中接头表面温度场进行了测量。通过模拟与试验对比,发现二者吻合性较好,说明该模型可正确预测通电热处理温度场,为合理选取通电热处理参数提供理论依据。
Based on the theory of current heat generation, the direct heat-treatment process of TC4 titanium alloy friction stir welding joint was simulated by ABAQUS software, and the distribution of temperature field and the temperature characteristic curve of characteristic point were obtained under different current. In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation, the linear friction welding joint was electrothermally treated under the resistance spot welding power supply and the temperature field of the joint surface during the heat treatment was measured by infrared equipment. Through the comparison between simulation and experiment, it is found that the two models are in good agreement, which shows that the model can correctly predict the temperature field of electrothermal treatment and provide a theoretical basis for selecting the parameter of electrothermal treatment.
