【Japan’s Atomic Energy Vision, August 1998, page 95 Report】 Nihon Kogyo has developed a dry decontamination technology that can effectively remove radioactive waste attached to nuclear equipment. The technology uses plasma treatment and room temperature gas method, compared with wet technology, to be able to remove pollution in a short time. The technology eliminates the need to dismantle nuclear facilities when removing pollution and also significantly reduces handling costs
