目的:研究艾滋病合并带状疱疹中西医结合治疗。方法:将30例病例按中医辨证分型施治,并配以西药治疗。结果:肝经热盛型,痊愈12例,显效2例;湿毒蕴结型,痊愈8例,显效2例;邪毒阻络、气滞血瘀型,痊愈4例,显效2例。共痊愈24例,显效6例,总有效率100%。结论:中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并带状疱疹能明显提高治愈率,缩短疗程。
Objective: To study the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on AIDS with herpes zoster. Methods: Thirty cases were treated according to TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine treatment. Results: The liver was heat-Sheng type, cured in 12 cases, markedly effective in 2 cases; wet poison Accumulation type, cured in 8 cases, markedly effective in 2 cases; cult poison resistance network, qi stagnation and blood stasis type, cured in 4 cases, markedly in 2 cases. A total of 24 cases were cured, markedly effective in 6 cases, the total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of AIDS complicated with shingles can significantly improve the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
