本文用免疫学(补体结合试验、胶乳凝集反应、皂土絮状反应、被动血凝及皮内试验)、寄生虫学及病理学等检查方法对决定肺包虫病抗体反应的某些因素进行了研究。研究对象是140例因肺包虫病而手术的病人,按囊的大小(直径2~5厘米、6~10厘米及大于10厘米)以及囊液的性状(透明、混浊或脓性)进行分组。对完整切除的包虫囊检查了原头节和育囊的存在并作活性测定。10个包虫囊包括其纤维囊以及相连的肺组织进行了病理形态学的检查。结果如下:
