中学生物学实验由于受到诸如取材、实验仪器等条件的限制,往往需要对原有实验的设计和操作作出适当的改进和调整。经过适当的处理,既方便取材,简化操作,又达到同等以至更佳的实验效果。但有时由于把注意力集中于实验结果(尤其设计公开课时),而无意中忽视了实验中的科学性原则。
Since secondary school biology experiments are limited by conditions such as materials and experimental instruments, it is often necessary to make appropriate improvements and adjustments to the design and operation of the original experiments. After proper treatment, it is not only convenient to draw materials, but also simplifies operation, and achieves the same or even better experimental results. However, sometimes due to the focus on experimental results (especially when designing open classes), the scientific principles in the experiment were inadvertently ignored.
