随着社会主义在不断构建,为了增强企业的经济效益,这就需要促进企业在健康的环境中不断发展。本文针对基层职工的思想状况进行总结,在新形势下,使得工会组织在企业健康发展形态中发挥着重大的作用,在工会组织中改变职工的内部结构、思想观念、价值取向以及服务需要等,从中准确把握职工的思想政治工作,保证企业健康稳定发展。
