采用酸性鹰潭土壤泥浆对部分镀锌层去除而暴露出基体的汽车镀锌钢板进行了泥浆附着腐蚀实验和电化学测试.在钢的宽度相同的试样上测定了阴极保护距离,并研究了在泥浆中添加不同含量Cl-的影响.结果发现:在不含Cl-的泥浆中阴极保护距离随泥浆层厚度的增加而基本呈线性增加,出现红锈的程度也相应减小;随着Cl-含量和附着泥浆厚度的增加,阴极保护距离增加,并存在极大值.Cl-含量不仅影响着泥浆附着中的镀锌层破损试样表面平均腐蚀电流密度,而且对泥浆中的溶氧量、pH值和电导率等参数都有影响.泥浆层厚度和Cl-含量决定着试样的阴极保护距离和表面腐蚀状态.
The acid bath of Yingtan was used to test the adhesion and corrosion of automobile galvanized steel sheets with galvanized layer removed to expose the substrate.The cathodic protection distance was measured on the specimens with the same width of steel, The results show that the cathodic protection distance increases linearly with the thickness of mud layer and the degree of red rust decreases with the increase of mud layer thickness. With the increase of Cl- Content and adhesion of the mud thickness increases, the cathodic protection distance increases, and there is a maximum value.Cl-content not only affects the corrosion resistance of galvanized coating on the surface of the sample, but also the amount of dissolved oxygen in the mud, pH value and conductivity etc. The mud layer thickness and Cl- content determine the cathodic protection distance and surface corrosion status of the sample.
