针对干果在贮藏过程中损失率高、品质差等问题进行本试验。本文介绍了6SS-300型干果射频杀虫设备的工作原理和技术参数,通过试验分析了射频杀虫设备不同的带速、电极板间距与米蛾存活率的关系。研究结果表明:当射频杀虫设备的带速为0.2 m/min时,电极板的高度应≤13 cm,贮藏害虫米蛾被完全杀灭,达到设备的设计要求。
In view of the loss of dried fruit in the storage process, poor quality and other issues for this test. In this paper, the working principle and technical parameters of 6SS-300 dried fruit radio frequency insecticidal equipment are introduced. The relationship between the belt speed and the distance between the electrode plates and the survival rate of rice moths is analyzed through experiments. The results show that when the belt speed of radio frequency insecticidal equipment is 0.2 m / min, the height of the electrode plate should be ≤13 cm, and the stored pest moths are completely killed to meet the design requirements of the equipment.
