目的:探讨手工刮治联合抗菌治疗对重度慢性牙周炎患者短期疗效及牙周膜细胞增生的影响体会。方法:将2015年7月-2017年7月在我院口腔科治疗的80例重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用手工刮治治疗,观察组采用手工刮治联合抗菌治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和牙周膜细胞增生能力。结果:观察组治疗后平均出血指数(BI)和探诊出血位点百分比(BOP%)、探诊深度(PD)较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗1、3、5、7、9d牙周膜细胞增殖呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,两组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:手工刮治联合抗菌治疗对重度慢性牙周炎疗效显著,利于缓解牙周症状,利于牙周膜增生,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective: To explore the effect of manual curettage and antibacterial therapy on short-term curative effect and periodontal ligament cell hyperplasia in patients with severe chronic periodontitis. Methods: From July 2015 to July 2017, 80 patients with severe chronic periodontitis treated in our department were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by manual scraping and cure. The observation group was treated with manual scraping and antibacterial therapy The clinical efficacy and the proliferation of periodontal ligament cells in both groups were compared. Results: The mean hemorrhage index (BI) and the percentage of bleeding site (BOP%) in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) At 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 d, the proliferation of periodontal ligament cells increased firstly and then decreased. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of hand-scraping and antibacterial therapy has significant effect on severe chronic periodontitis, which can relieve periodontal symptoms and promote periodontal hyperplasia, which has a positive clinical significance.
