目的观察可见光固化复合树脂粘接术在牙齿美容中的临床应用效果。方法本研究病例观察时间段为2016年1月~2016年6月,收集我院口腔科收治需行牙齿美容治疗共80例作为研究对象,用随机抽签方法分组,对照组(n=40),观察组(n=40)。纳入对照组中患者应用常规修补、充填以及抛光术方法治疗,纳入观察组中患者应用可见光固化复合树脂粘接术治疗。以临床疗效为观察指标,对比两组患者在治疗总有效率方面的差异。结果对比两组患者临床疗效,观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),显著高于对照组,检验P值<0.05,具有统计学方面意义。结论针对牙齿美容患者应用可见光固化复合树脂粘接术进行治疗的效果确切,临床疗效优于常规修补、充填以及抛光术方法,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of visible light curing composite resin bonding in dental cosmetic. Methods The observation period of this study was from January 2016 to June 2016. Totally 80 dental cosmetic treatments were collected in Department of Stomatology of our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 40), control group Observation group (n = 40). The patients included in the control group were treated with routine repair, filling and polishing methods. Patients in the observation group were treated with visible light curing composite resin. To clinical efficacy as an index to compare the two groups of patients in the total effective rate of treatment differences. Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00% (38/40), which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The test P value <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of visible light curing composite resin adhesive for dental cosmetic patients is effective and the clinical curative effect is superior to conventional repair, filling and polishing methods, so it is worth further clinical application.
