目的:探讨皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤(SPTL)中P27及Cyclin D3的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化检测20例SPTL标本中P27及Cyclin D3的表达。结果:P27及Cyclin D3在SPTL均出现较高表达,且P27蛋白与肿瘤细胞浸润血管有关(P<0.05);P27与Cyclin D3蛋白表达之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P27及Cyclin D3在SPTL发生发展中起着一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of P27 and Cyclin D3 in subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTL). Methods: The expression of P27 and Cyclin D3 in 20 SPTL specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: P27 and Cyclin D3 were highly expressed in SPTL, and P27 protein was associated with tumor cell infiltration (P <0.05). There was no correlation between P27 and Cyclin D3 (P> 0.05). Conclusion: P27 and Cyclin D3 play a role in the development of SPTL.
