本文针对高温滤料的使用条件,从过滤机理分析了影响高温滤料过滤性能的主要影响因素,并从理论角度出发研究了异型纤维和梯度滤料对颗粒物的捕集效果和捕集规律,讨论了异型纤维和梯度滤料的过滤优势。分析结果表明:异型纤维滤料的过滤效率大于圆形纤维滤料,和相同直径的圆形纤维相比,过滤阻力增大但用料减少,与相同断面积的纤维比较,过滤阻力减少;梯度滤料引入了超细表面纤维层,使滤料的过滤效率有所提高,纤维用量减少且阻力系数增大,阻力增大的幅度随细纤维的直径不同而不同,另外,梯度滤料前窄后宽的通道设计使清灰更加容易。
In this paper, according to the conditions of using high-temperature filter media, the main influential factors that affect the performance of high-temperature filter media are analyzed from the filtration mechanism.
