有报道,在暴露于噪声后的大鼠血清和胃窦粘膜中发现锰-超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)的改变[1];也有研究证实,铅可促使生物膜变性生成脂质过氧化物(LPO),进而使SOD活力降低。并且血铅含量与血中SOD活力及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活力呈负相关,与LPO呈正相关[2]
It has been reported that manganese-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) is found in rat serum and antral mucosa after exposure to noise [1]; studies have also shown that lead can degrade biofilm to produce lipid Oxide (LPO), thereby reducing SOD activity. And blood lead levels and serum SOD activity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity was negatively correlated with LPO was positively correlated [2]
