分析了两种焊材相同焊接工艺下焊缝组织对焊缝冲击性能的影响,研究结果表明:多层多道焊缝中,链状M/A及大角度晶界是影响焊缝冲击性能的主要原因。链状M/A增多将降低焊缝冲击性能,大角度晶界增多将提高焊缝冲击性能。
The effect of weld microstructure on the impact properties of the weld under the same welding conditions of the two kinds of welding consumables is analyzed. The results show that the chain M / A and the high angle grain boundaries affect the impact properties of the weld main reason. Increased chain M / A will reduce the weld impact performance, large angle grain boundaries will increase the weld impact performance.
