流行性腮腺炎(简称流腮)是由流腮病毒引起的常见的传染病,目前尚无特效药物治疗.本文选用甘草酸二铵注射液治疗流腮65例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择与分组:133例均为本院住院流腮患者,依据有腮腺肿痛(单侧或双侧)、腮腺管口红肿、部分有颌下腺肿痛、发热、血白细胞计数正常或偏低,有流腮接触史而确诊.排除化脓性腮腺炎.将所选病例随机分为甘草酸二铵治疗组和对照组(综合治疗).甘草酸二铵治疗组65例(男44例,女21例,平均年龄7.17±5.79岁),并发脑膜脑炎23例,胰腺炎3例,睾丸炎2
