软件发布后在使用中常需要更新,比如需要修正错误、更新资料库等,如何高效率、低成本、低风险进行软件更新就很重要。在生产现场,无论是在现场测试阶段还是生产运行时期,过程控制软件也经常需要更新,由于生产线物理上分散,更新多台终端上的软件一直是很麻烦的事情。研究了软件更新的关键技术,对现有技术进行了分析,并给出了在生产现场环境下利用配置管理软件Subversion实现软件更新的方案,具有速度快、操作简便、低风险的优点。研究结论应用于宝钢集团多条冷轧生产线的过程控制系统的现场部署和维护,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
After the software is released, it often needs to be updated in use, such as the need to correct errors, update the database, etc., how efficient, low-cost, low-risk software updates are important. At the production site, process control software often needs to be updated both in the field test phase and in the production run time. Updating the software on multiple terminals has always been a bothering task due to the physically dispersed production lines. The key technologies of software updating are researched, the existing technologies are analyzed, and the scheme of software updating by using configuration management software Subversion is presented in the production site environment. It has the advantages of fast speed, simple operation and low risk. The research conclusions are applied to the on-site deployment and maintenance of the process control system of a number of cold rolling production lines of Baosteel Group, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
