当前,深化企业改革改制,实施国有资产的联合、兼并、重组,建立健全与世界经济接轨的现代企业制度已成为国民经济和国有企业做大做强,实现跨越式发展的必由之路。在破产重组过程中,人员的划转分流,机构精简合并、主辅分离,资产重组,新企业员工持股竞争上岗等项工作千头万绪,必将触及到广大职工的切身利益,因此,保持职工队伍的稳定,将成为各项工作的重中之重。
