背越式跳高是人体通过助跑、起跳、以背对横杆的姿势越过横杆的方法。它的核心是人体在空中成仰卧背弓姿势,使身体各部位依次越过横杆,用肩背着垫。空中仰卧背弓姿势,是过杆技术的显著标志,肩背首先着垫,是顺利过杆的必然结果。依照传统的教学程序,在相当长的教学过程中,学生很难完成背越式跳高技术动作的学习。其原因不是由于学生身体素质差和动作技术复杂,而是存在其它因素所致。本文揭示影响完成背越式跳高技术动作学习的主要障碍。为消除障碍加速教学过程,提出运用逆进分段法进行教学的方法。

According to the traditional teaching procedure, it is very hard for students to complete the teaching of back-style high jump technique during the long teaching process. The reason is not due to poor students’ physical fitness and technical complexity, but due to other factors. This article reveals the main obstacles that affect the performance of Fosbury-class high jump technique. In order to eliminate the obstacles to speed up the teaching process, this paper puts forward a method of teaching by using the method of backward segmentation.
