放疗疗程与鼻咽癌局部控制的关系浅析

对接受首程放疗的３１５例鼻咽癌患者进行了放疗疗程与鼻咽癌局部控制的初步分析。在４２～１１８天疗程共放疗中３０～４５次，放疗总剂量为６０～９０Ｇｙ。３年鼻咽局部控制失败率２５４％，其中疗程小于５６天的为１９１％，大于５６天的为３３６％。结果表明，疗程延长与局部控制率有关，疗程延长则肿瘤放疗控制率下降。

315 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving first-line radiotherapy were treated with radiotherapy and local control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In 42 ~ 118 days course of radiation treatment of 30 to 45 times, the total dose of radiation 60 ~ 90Gy. The local nasopharyngeal control failure rate was 25.4% in 3 years, of which 191% was less than 56 days and 336% more than 56 days. The results showed that prolonged course of treatment and the local control rate related to prolonged treatment of tumor radiotherapy control rate decreased.
