近年来,随着国民经济的快速发展,信息化的管理模式对于企业的发展越来越重要。档案管理是一个复杂的信息资料整理过程。传统的档案管理方式需要花费大量的人力、物力资源进行手工整理,不仅工作的效率低下,而且不能适应现在的企业发展要求。所以,为了促进电力企业的发展,其档案管理工作需要不断提高自身的信息化建设水平。本文通过分析电力企业档案管理信息化建设的问题、明确其必要性,从而提出有效的改进措施。
In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, the management mode of informationization has become more and more important for the development of enterprises. File management is a complex process of information collation. Traditional file management methods require a lot of manpower and material resources for manual finishing, not only inefficient work, but also can not meet the current business development requirements. Therefore, in order to promote the development of power enterprises, its file management needs to continuously improve its own level of information technology. This paper analyzes the problems of informatization construction of file management in power enterprises, clarifies its necessity and puts forward effective improvement measures.
