接种与大豆品种相适应的大豆根瘤菌能充分发挥共生固氮作用,提高大豆产量。为选择适合江苏省栽培的各大豆品种的高效根瘤菌菌系,1933—1985年用从国内外引进的十五个大豆根瘤菌菌系,分别在十三个县廿一个试验点,在春豆品种和秋豆品种上进行田间小区评比试验。通过结瘤率、根瘤固氮活性和产量的测定,确定菌系与大豆品种间共生的适应性。 经过连续三年的重复试验,选出Tal377、005和E84三个菌系为增产效果显著的优良菌系。Tal 377和005两个菌系与各春豆品种和秋豆品种有较广泛的适应,并与土著菌系有较强竞争力。E84则在秋豆品种上表现良好效果。
Inoculation and soybean varieties compatible soybean rhizobium can give full play symbiotic nitrogen fixation and improve soybean production. In order to select efficient strains of Rhizobia isolated from soybean varieties cultivated in Jiangsu Province, from 1933 to 1985, 15 strains of Rhizobium japonicum introduced from home and abroad, Variety and autumn bean varieties field trials on the field. Through the determination of nodulation rate, nitrogen fixation activity and yield of nodules, the symbiosis between bacterial strains and soybean varieties was determined. After three consecutive years of repeated trials, the three strains of Tal377, 005 and E84 were selected as excellent strains with remarkable yield increase. Two strains of Tal 377 and 005 were widely adapted to all varieties of spring beans and autumn beans, and were more competitive with indigenous strains. E84 is good on the varieties of autumn beans.
