建立现代企业制度是一项复杂的系统工程,必须把改制与改造,改组与深化管理有机结合起来,把转机建制与解决企业难题结合起来,把深化改革与促进发展、提高经济增长质量结合起来,在转机建制中加强管理,提高效益,促进发展。所以,必须深化企业机制的改革,同时建立与之相应的劳动管理制度,这两项改革是当今我们所面临的主要任务。现结合我公司实际情况,对这两项改革作一初步探讨
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is a complex system project.
