在体育专业课跳马教学时,学生对具有一定难度和危险性的动作产生畏惧。本文通过对学生产生畏惧心理原因的分析,找到有效的解决办法,以达到教学要求和目的,提高教学质量。
Vault teaching in physical education class, students have a certain degree of difficulty and danger of fear. Through the analysis of students’ fear psychology, this paper finds effective solutions to meet the teaching requirements and purposes and improve teaching quality.
