目的:为了解和研究高原缺氧环境对脑形态的影响,对青海高原石油职工脑形态进行了多项目的CT检测,同时在山东胜利油田医院采用同样的方法予以对照;方法:本研究对两组各70例40岁以上石油职工的CT片进行了以线性测量为主的19项指标的数据检测,并予以统计学处理;结果:高原组与平原组的脑形态检测对比有13项具有显著性差异,除松果体一项外,12项指标的差异显示出高原石油职工的脑萎缩趋向;结论:这种变化与高原缺氧对脑功能的影响相一致。
OBJECTIVE: To understand and study the effect of plateau anoxic environment on brain morphology, the brain shape of petroleum workers in Qinghai Plateau was tested by CT, and the same method was used in Shandong Shengli Oilfield Hospital.
