目的:旨在认识曲菌性鼻窦炎的影像表现。材料与方法:本文搜集经手术、病理证实的曲菌性鼻窦炎5例,均行CT检查,轴位加冠状位扫描。结果:病变常为单侧,起源于上颌窦。典型的CT表现为病变窦腔密度增高并有中央形态不一的钙化灶和周围环形低密度带以及窦腔内网格状阴影,还可伴有非侵入性骨改变。结论:曲菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现具有特征性,鼻窦的CT评估对手术很有帮助,因而CT检查具有特殊价值。
Objective: To understand the image of sinusitis in patients with sinusitis. Materials and Methods: In this paper, we collected 5 cases of fungous sinusitis confirmed by operation and pathology. CT scan and axial coronal scan were performed. Results: Lesions often unilateral, originated in the maxillary sinus. Typical CT manifestations of lesions of the sinus increased density and the central form of calcification and the surrounding low-density zone of the ring and the lozenge within the grid-like shadow, can also be associated with non-invasive bone changes. Conclusion: The CT manifestations of sinusitis in sinusitis are characteristic. The CT evaluation of sinuses is helpful for the surgery, so CT examination has special value.
