氧气是维系我们生命的必备元素。没有食物,我们可以活几个星期;没有水,我们可以活几天;可是如果没有氧气,我们只能活几分钟。也许是因为氧气太过普通,常常为人们所忽略,因此,缺氧已经成为现代人不可回避的健康新课题。那么怎样补氧才科学而健康呢?哪些人迫切需要补氧科学家们研究发现,早在亿万年前,地球上空气的氧含量竟然高达38%。而今天,这个数值已经低至21%。更令人触目惊心的是,随着人口增加、大规模的雨林砍伐、土地沙化、城市化以及工业化进程加深,大气中的氧含量仍在加速下降。那么,哪些人最迫切需要补氧呢?
Oxygen is an essential element that sustains our lives. We can live for weeks without food, we can live without water for a few days, but we can only live for a few minutes without oxygen. Maybe it is because oxygen is too common and often neglected by people. Therefore, hypoxia has become a new health issue that modern people can not avoid. So what kind of oxygen is scientific and healthy? Who urgently need oxygen? Scientists found that as early as billions of years ago, the Earth’s oxygen content of the air even up to 38%. Today, this figure is as low as 21%. Even more shocking is that as the population increases, large-scale rainforests, land desertification, urbanization and industrialization deepen, the oxygen content of the atmosphere is still accelerating decline. So, what is the most urgent need for oxygen?
