This residential area is located on the east coast of the San Francisco Bay, just west of the Albena Hills. Planning and design achieve the combination of high-quality urban life and the best sea landscape. This is a high-density residential area with a total land area of 14.6 hectares, of which one-third is used for construction and the rest is permanent open space. A total of 2,500 household units have been constructed with a density of 8 l/ha. Divided into five housing groups, planning strives to integrate all housing groups functionally and visually, while maintaining the independence and integrity of each residential group.
