随着BIM在工程建设方面的应用实践深入,BIM所带来的优势也逐渐显现,尤其是在设计阶段的三维模拟和设备管线碰撞优化、施工过程的空间和进度可视化展示、竣工阶段的设备管线模型信息移交等方面的价值。为更好地开展项目管理工作,达到项目设定的安全、质量、进度、投资等各项管理最终最佳目标,通过建立工程3D模型、结合4D/5D动态工程筹划及造价辅助等BIM先进管理手段,以数字化、信息化和可视化的方式实现基于BIM的建设项目管理,提升前期策划深度、设计深度、建设精细化管理深度。
