清孔是钻孔灌注桩施工工艺中至关重要的一环,钻孔灌注桩清孔效果直接影响桩基砼的质量,孔底沉渣厚度的控制是旋挖钻孔灌注桩成孔质量的重要指标之一,其质量的优劣将直接影响灌注桩的承载力。对于大直径深桩来说,如何快速有效的清除孔底沉渣,保证孔壁稳定性,为混凝土的灌注创造良好的条件,是施工的控制成败的关键。本文介绍气举反循环在旋挖成孔灌注桩清孔工艺的应用,气举反循环法清孔设备简单,操作方便,返浆速度快,大幅度缩短清孔时间,降低孔底沉渣厚度,提高单桩承载力,减少泥浆排放量,值得推广应用。
