今年1月1日至13日,笔者参加了农业部组织的成人教育培训班,赴新加坡学习。期间先后参观访问了新加坡国家生产力局、国立大学、南洋理工大学、教育学院、工艺学院以及养鸡场、花卉生产公司等。从中对新加坡的成人教育有了一定了解。新加坡政府十分重视推进教育发展。他们认为,为了经济起飞,实现国民生产总值每年都能增长,就必须大力开发人才资源,使每一位员工都能增值。本文拟就其成人教育情况作一粗浅介绍: 一、建立成人教育管理机构,有组织的开展培训。 1972年成立国家生产力局,这是新加坡最高的成人培训法定机构。仅1990年就培训三万多人。该局的主要职责是对企业的管理人员培训和咨询。政府每年拨款一千多万新元(一新元合人民币三点三元)。1979年又成立了工业和职业培训局,下设15个训练学院,27
January 1 this year, January 13, I participated in the Ministry of Agriculture organized adult education training classes, went to Singapore to study. During this visit, he visited the National Bureau of Productivity of Singapore, National University, Nanyang Technological University, College of Education, College of Technology, chicken farm and flower production company. There is some understanding of adult education in Singapore. The Singapore government attaches great importance to promoting education. They think that in order to take off economically and achieve a growth in the GNP every year, it is necessary to vigorously develop human resources so that every employee can enjoy added value. This article intends to give a brief introduction of their adult education situation: First, the establishment of adult education management agencies, organized training. The National Bureau of Productivity was established in 1972, the highest adult training statutory body in Singapore. In 1990, more than 30,000 people were trained. The main responsibility of the council is to train and consult the managers of the enterprises. The government allocates over 10 million Singapore Dollars (SGD1.33) a year.
