现今的学校教育仍然存在着重考试、重分数的现象,学校培养出来的也是一个个读死书、死读书的书呆子。这严重违背了陶行知先生的“生活教育”理念。新世纪的小学英语教育应该将学习与生活有机结合,激活英语教学,使学生步入轻松愉悦的学习殿堂。生活化教学把英语教学变成了一件轻松快乐的事情,激发了学生的学习兴趣和欲望,强化了学生对语言知识的运用能力,真正实现了“教学做”的统一,不断促进英语教学的良性发展。
