学校是培养创新精神和创新人才的重要摇篮。在小学教学中,培养创新人才从小抓起,要以培养学生的创新意识和创新能力为根本,对数学课堂教学作积极的探索,把学生创新能力的培养,贯穿于整个教学活动之中,形成民主、平等的教学氛围。在小学数学教育中的创新,则是着重培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。
