一、问题的提出 QTLG—16塔机底架(图号QT 2—01 C-01)需加工的圆环凸台平面,内径φ1500,外径为1750,光洁度要求V_3,加工余量小于6毫米,但由于底架外形尺寸为5785×1800,一般龙门刨宽度不够,一般车床回转不开。一开始我厂采取了把需加工的φ1644圆环(即内径φ1500,外径φ1750)平面,在车床上加工完毕后,再进行组焊,尽管在工艺上做了一定努力,但焊后变形仍超过了图纸要求。后来,我厂采取了化整为零,把焊接好的工件,整体割成三节,其中间节2600×1800(见示意图A-A,B-B断开处)在立车上加工圆环凸台平面,然后再进行对接,这样虽然加工部位满足了图纸要求,但费工费料,产品质量也受到影响。
