中国是农业大国,古代就有着“以农立国”的发展思想,目前我国拥有8亿左右的农村人口,农业建设发展是立国之本,关系着经济发展和社会稳定。农业科研在农业领域中占据着重要地位,是促进农业发展,推动农业技术创新的源动力。农业科研档案是反映农业研究活动过程和结果的真实记录,不仅是研究活动凭证,更是后续研究的重要参考资料。传统档案形式多为纸质,但随着计算机技术、信息技术、网络技术的空前发展,档案资料不论形式上还是管理方式上都发生了极大变化,逐步走向了数字化阶段。本文将针对农业科研档案数字化管理的策略与技术途径展开研究和分析。
As an agricultural country, ancient China has the development idea of “establishing a nation by farming”. At present, China has a population of about 800 million rural people. The development of agriculture is the foundation of the nation and is related to economic development and social stability. Agricultural research occupies an important position in agriculture and is the driving force for promoting agricultural development and promoting agricultural technological innovation. Agricultural research archives is a true record reflecting the process and results of agricultural research activities. It is not only a voucher for research activities, but also an important reference for follow-up research. Traditional file formats are mostly paper, but with the unprecedented development of computer technology, information technology and network technology, there has been a great change in the archival material both in form and in management mode, and has gradually moved towards the digital phase. This article will research and analyze the strategies and technical approaches for the digital management of agricultural research archives.
