TZ系列钻削头是根据一机部标准“JBl532—75组合机床通用部件——钻削头”规定的名义尺寸、参数及互换尺寸设计的。标准规定钻削头名义尺寸从125～400共六个规格,考虑到125、160两个小规格的钻削头要与小型组合机床通用部件相协调,因此尚未开展设计。对400规格的大钻削头,由于目前生产中使用不多,所以这次也未设计,这次仅设计了从200～320三种规格的钻削多。
TZ series drilling head is based on a machine department standard “JBl532-75 combined machine common parts - drilling head” provisions of the nominal size, parameters and interchangeable size design. The standard specifies the nominal size of the drill head from a total of six specifications from 125 to 400, and has not been designed considering that two small gauge 125 and 160 drill heads are compatible with common parts for small modular machines. On the 400 specifications of the large drill head, due to the current use of less production, so this is not designed, this time only from 200 to 320 designed three drilling specifications.
