近几年研制和掌握了一系列完全能满足热动力要求的管子钢。对于工作温度到585℃、工作压力达250大气压的蒸汽过热器和蒸汽导管,合金元素总含量一般不超过4%的低碳低合金热强钢最为适合。低合金钢中的铬钼钒钢在苏联的动力制造中得到最广泛的使用,用来制造540~570℃、140~250大气压参数的10~30万瓩动力机组的蒸汽过热器和蒸汽导管。新近制造的同样参数的50和80万瓩机组也采用这类钢。
In recent years, we have developed and mastered a series of pipe steels which fully meet the requirements of thermodynamic power. For the working temperature to 585 ℃, the working pressure of 250 atm superheater steam and steam pipe, the total content of alloying elements is generally not more than 4% of the most suitable low-carbon low-alloy hot-rolled steel. Cr-Mo vanadium steels in low-alloy steels are the most widely used in the power generation of the Soviet Union to manufacture steam superheaters and steam ducts for power units of 10 to 300,000 540 with 540 to 570, and 140 to 250 barometric parameters. This type of steel is also used in the newly constructed 50 and 800,000 units of the same parameters.
