本文利用能与氰化物形成络合物的一些金属离子熄灭鲁米诺—铜—氰发光的化学特性,以Ag(I)离子熄灭Luminol—Cu~(2+)—CN(?)发光,使其化学发光信号减弱为指示标志,并系统地研究了痕量Ag(I)离子定量熄灭该体系发光的最佳条件和方去。本法的检测下限为2.6×10~(-3)μg/ml,线性范围为0.01~0.1μgAg(I)/ml,对20多种金属离子的干扰进行了试验,用巯基棉富集分离干扰元素,提高了方法的选择性,对7种含银量为0.xx~x.0g/t矿石的测定,结果满意。
