将系统工程的思想和数学规划理论应用于船舶调度计划系统,探讨用现代科学方法实现船舶运输管理现代化.模型Ⅰ是本文对已有思想做的改进,模型Ⅱ是本文提出的新思想和新模型.通过实例证明按模型Ⅰ配船比传统手工方法提高经济效益.而按模型Ⅱ配船又比模型Ⅰ提高经济效益.因此.这一研究有一定的理论价值和实际意义.
Applying the thought of system engineering and mathematical programming theory to the ship dispatching planning system and discussing the modernization of ship transport management using modern scientific methods, Model I is the improvement of the existing thought in this paper, Model II is the new idea and new model proposed in this paper It is proved by example that the economic benefit can be improved by the model Ⅰ with the traditional manual method, while the model Ⅱ can improve the economic efficiency compared with the model I.
